What can I d if random phones are calling me every minute or so?

My phone is getting calls every minute or so. There is no one on the other end. If the number comes through I call it back & sometimes if some one answers they say they did call me. I have had 30 calls over the last 45 min.

Try a number blocking app? I'm not sure what else you can do. Good luck.
