Where is the app drawer MENU button and where can i find it and what is it? HELP NEEDED ASAP

People have been saying to me on to fix my phone i need to do this:

Open your app drawer. Open the menu, tap "view as" and the tap "Alphabetical order". ---------- try this in reverse
