My volume keeps dropping causing me to miss calls/messages.

At any given time I will look down and I have a call coming in but no sound. Have to reset the volumn button. Asked verizon rep who suggested i accidentally hit the button. Not the case.....I've been careful. Has anyone had this problem? Had similar problem with my S3.

What phone are you currently using? Perhaps a profile is set?
