Samsung Tab 4 7" turns on but the screen is black/dark

I just bought myself a brand new Samsung tab 4 7" less than a week ago. It has worked fine, until today... So basically it can turn on, but there is no screen light? Or backlight... If I shine a flashlight on the screen I can see everything.... I have restarted it, factory reset it...but nothing... Any help???
