Good morning ladies and gents.
I have a question for you all; where I currently work we are giving Moto G 3's to our employees so that they can receive emails on the go. We have been using Motorola's since the Moto G then G2 and now the G3.
However one employee asked me why his contacts were duplicated and the battery was draining faster than usual. I checked Outlook on his PC and the contacts were also duplicated on there. I called up Motorola to see if anyone had any ideas what was going on and they asked me to Factory Restore the phone and don't put the email on to see if that helped with the battery. The battery lasted longer. I then re-added the User's email address and the duplicates appeared in his contacts again, some with ' in their name and most with no contact details at all. He also complained that the phone restarted itself.
Any ideas?
