My samung galaxy tab 3 shows its 100% after full charged and then 10mins later it shows critaclly low but it lasts a long time on critcally low. When i go to charge it it goes to 100% in 2 mins. I try to restart the device but its the same. My tab doesn't show my actual battery life and goes to low brightness when critically low. And it is hard to see. Please help me?

Either the battery is failing, or the battery charge metering is wrong.
