Does anyone else have this issue with 1310 the ticket radio app??????????

OK so I just got the new s6 edge on Tmobile love the phone......but I am a big P1 that a 1310 the ticket term. I have two ways of listening through my phone. The first app is called SportsDayTALKw/1310 the ticket . the app works great all the articles refresh i can listen to previous recordings but whenever I try to listen to live radio it takes forever to load up at least 20-30 minutes and sometimes 2-3 hrs. So trying to remedy this issue I downloaded a different app called Ticket 1310 from Airkast inc. the app works great until i get a call or text or any notification my phone goes back to the unlock screen and becomes unresponsive then i have to reset some times holding the power button makes the restart screen come up but sometimes i have to hard reset by holding the volume down and the power button.
