Why am I receiving: " Unfortunately, Retrica has stopped " message ?

Every time I try to open Retrica I receive this message: ,, Unfortunately, Retrica has stopped " !!! I am using the tablet Asus Fonepad 7

Welcome to Android Central! Was it working before? Try going to Settings>Apps, select Retrica, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
