iOS update?

ios update?

My dad has a tablet that he uses in his store, and he uses the iZettle as a metode of payment. When I came home today he said that there had been an ios (?) Update, andre that he no longer could work the iZettle. It is a Tab 5, i think. He is wondering if there is a possibillity to reset the tablet just a day back?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you find out exactly what device he has? There is no Samsung Galaxy Tab 5, if that's what you mean. If it's an iPad, then you should ask the question over at iMore. iPhone, iPad, iPod Forums at iMore.com
