Pop ups

I keep getting pop up about every min or min and a half. I have no idea how to stop this. Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! A popup ad? Does this occur only while browsing, or also on your homescreen? If it's while browsing, then it's related to the websites you're surfing. If it's on the homescreen, then you probably inadvertently installed some adware alongside some other app (probably a game) you installed a while ago. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until it goes away.
