Reinstalling Internet and MMS settings on Sony Z3 Compact in 02

Every time I want to send or receive MMS picture messages I have to download the Internet and MMS settings and choose the option saying I am a monthly 02 customer. This is getting really frustrating as the phone won't just save my settings.
Does anyone else have this problem or know how to stop it happening once and for all?

Welcome to the forums. Is this device originally on O2, or was it brought from another carrier? Have you changed the APN settings in Settings>wireless and networking?
