i had rooted moto g 2nd generation xt1068 .. after i installed cyanogen 12.1 it was working perfectly but i broke my display then i didnt get service from motorola as my phone was rooted after 2 weeks i got it repaired in a local shop
now its stuck on boot loop
when i try to flash cm 12.1 rom again it shows error could not mount '/data'
