Some sent pics from phone appear upside down on computer

In the photo gallery of my galaxy 4 all the pictures are right side up. When I send them to my computer some are right side up and others upside down. They don't come with a way to fix them on the computer. The usual edits at the bottom are non-functioning.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? How are you transferring the pics? The easiest way is to connect via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos to the computer hard drive.

Assuming the photos are on the computer hard drive as jpg files, you should be able to use any photo gallery program or editor, and rotate the photos.
