My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (GT-I8160) running Android v4.1.2. I recently moved provider from EE to The People's Operator and since then caller ID doesn't seem to be working i.e. regardless of whether or not the caller's number is in my contacts, it simply displays "Unknown". The obvious thing I thought was something must be modified in the Settings->Call menu but when I went to look, there is no Call menu in settings (according to the user manual, it should be in the top Settings level.
Has ayone come across this and if so, is there a solution because it's driving me nuts.
