Why does blue parrot headset mute itself during calls

[AC Question]

I use my blue parrot headset during calls it mutes itself. I can hear other but they can't hear me. I have to restart headset n try again and hope it works on recall. I have cleared memory on blue parrot, I unpaired n repaired them. I am using Samsung s5.

You have to update the software on your headset by plugging into computer.

My wife tried an expensive Blue Parrot headset and had the same problems with it... we never were able to get it working correctly, so she returned it and went back to the Plantronics brand, which she's been using for years. She's never been happier. I was very unimpressed with the Blue Parrot experience, and will be staying away from them going forward
