Google play services is stopping and effecting my ability tobuse other apps

I'm frustrated that Google doesn't offer support. I think it is their upgrade that caused it.

Hi and welcome to Android central. You will need to force stop play services and uninstall it.

Go into settings > apps > all. Find google play store. Force stop this.

Now find google play services. You should see an option to uninstall updates. Try this, reboot the phone and let it update again. If it still has an issue then uninstall completely and re-install it again.
