all my pictures turning are bright purplish after i turn the power on my galaxy s3

when I cycle my phone off and then back on everything is normal for a minuet or two then the screen turns brown and all my photos and pictures go into what looks like a negative image.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility, and see if there's a setting for Invert Colors. If not, then the screen is probably faulty, and needs to be replaced.
