I have restore my android phone and now my playstore is not working why?

i have lenovo A516 phone and i just restore my phone and now i follow all the steps but my playstore is still not working...

Welcome to Android Central! What happens when you try to use it? Do you get an error message? When you swipe in from the left, do you see your account listed there? Do you have the most up-to-date Google Play Service installed?
