Pattren lock in Qmobile noir V5 .

[AC Question]

i experienced pattren lock and then it gave option of username and password but it could not avail that because i wasted the option as the phone was not connected to internet. now username and password option is still there but i m unable to write anything because no keyboard appears now on screen. it gives message "too many pattren attempts". i just wan to save my contacts it is very essential for me to save them because i m working in a company with specific foriegn contacts and i m afraid of loosing them. please help i any one can fix this issue.
