I am using a Tab S with Lollipop 5.02. I cannot sign into my Skype account for some reason. Both my app and the website refuse to accept my Skype name/password combination. I have sent my email address to Skype but have not received a recovery code email in response (I have checked the spam folder as well). I have tried their Contact Support links but it does not recognise my Skype name or the .au on the end of my email address.
I had this happen before (a few days ago) and the after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and multiple attempts at resetting via the website I was able to use Skype.
I should point out that the Skype name and password are correct. I cannotget it wrong that often. Can anyone suggest a remedy.
