Fix needed for htc one m8 with blank screen and unresponsive power/volume buttons

[AC Question]

I have the tmobile htc one m8 and the screen is black. The device feels warmer than normal. The power button and volume buttons are unresponsive. The green notification light blinks every second. This phone doesn't have a removable battery. What can i do?

Things ive tried:
-removing sim card and mini sd slots to trigger screen
-attempted holding volume up and volume down along with the power button to reboot but they don't respond
-had someone call me but the phone rings on their end and blank black screen on mine
-plugged in the usb cord to the charger to see if it would awaken the screen
