Welcome to Android Central! Is it malfunctioning, or are you just worried about the moisture?

At this point, if you want to be safe, don't power it on. Take the battery out, and put everything in a ziploc bag filled with a desiccant--uncooked rice is the most common suggestion here, but you can also use those silica gel desiccant packets that are so common in various packaging. Seal the bag, and let it sit for at least 24-48 hours. That's probably safe enough.

A more drastic measure is described here: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...e-got-wet.html

Yes it is malfunctioning. I put it in a ziplock bag with the gel packets right away. I'm hoping that it will recover after a couple of days. Thanks for answering!

If it's already malfunctioning, then you may want to try those more drastic measures in Rukbat's guide.
