How can I quickly remove TWRP?

I want to remove TWRP from my device so that I can install the OTA update for 5.1.1. Correct me if I am wrong, but I've read that removing TWRP and installing the OTA will remove root without me having to wipe my phone.

Can someone give me a brief and easy way to remove TWRP and get the stock recovery back on my phone (I'm currently running build LMY47E)? I've tried reading how but for some reason it is confusing me.
