Need Android SSH Client with SFTP plugin that runs on top of established SSH conn

...all SSH clients on Google Play that I know of do not have SFTP plugins that run on top of an already established SSH connection. All SFTP clients on Google Play that I know of do not establish an SSH connection first, and thus are subject to the 'message too long' error common when connecting to servers with welcome messages.

Would really appreciate some help finding an obscure Android SSH client somewhere, not very well known, that has a 'open SFTP connection' command that appears once an SSH connection is successfully established. Thanx.
