LG model LGL16CB froze on LG LOGO screen

[AC Question]

My device when powered on goes to the LG logo screen and will do nothing else. I have attempted to do a power reset with no luck. I have tried removing the battery for 45 seconds with the same result. Incidentally to power down my device I have to remove the back plate and then the battery. No button home, back, etc do not appear to be doing anything, along with the volume up/down buttons
