How to add drivers to an HTC phone so adb and fastboot devices recognize it?

I really messed up my phone. I unlocked the phone, rooted it and noticed s-on was on and not s-off. Then I tried to run a recovery using cwm when that finished my phone was stuck on the HTC white screen. Then I tried to flash a zip file using fastboot. Something happened and the install didn't finish. I tried to start over, but the drivers seem to be gone. The adb devices show nothing as well as the fastboot devices. Is there anyway to recover this phone and the drivers?
