I had a HTC desire 610 for a year and when I was at home on wifi with my data completely off, I could send and receive picture messages no problem, or really anywhere there was a wifi connection, the Asus Zenfone 2E I just purchased a couple of days ago,has me having to have my data and wifi turned on at the same time, I know the wifi takes over when the signal is there so I don't have to use my data, but it seems strange one phone sent pics over wifi, and this new phone needs to have both data and wifi on...
