i have a new edge6 to go in the play store is asking me for a password wich i do not have

what can i do it only asks for a password it does not give me any other options , how can i change the account the employee from the cell store gave it to me like tthat

Welcome to Android Central! When does it ask you for a password--when you select something to purchase? The password is your Google account password. You remember that, don't you?

The employee from the cell store would have presumably given you a new phone that either you or he set up with your Google account. He wouldn't have given you a phone with someone else's Google account set up already.
