Why is my phone still on gray scale when I have turned the function off?

My galaxy s6 just randomly went to grayscale. I have gone to the Accessibility setting and turned it off, restarted my phone multiple times and completely powered it off with no success. Please help!

I'm not familiar with that device, but does it not have an Ultra Power Saving setting? If so, check that it's switched off.
