Welcome to Android Central! Are these playlists from the stock Music app, or Google Play Music, or some other music app?

Have you already tried the HTC Transfer Tool?

Hi, This Is My Q When I Was Signed In As A Guest. It's Just The Normal Music App, I Had Lots Of Playlists & Songs In Them On My HTC One M7 Phone, I Have The Playlist Files In A Folder Named: Playlists, But No Way To Load Them On To The Music Player

Sorry, not sure what else to try. It may be that the Music app on the M9 is fundamentally different from the M7, and can't read the older playlist.

It Doesn't Even Have An Option To Import Any Kind Of Playlist, So I Guess I'll Just Have To Re Do Them All By Hand
