New HTC-ONE M; need S2 mini diary

My Samsung2 bit the dust. Got HTC One-M. How do I transfer my beloved mini diary along with its content to my new phone?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think you'll be able to. This is one of the main drawbacks of using the proprietary apps from a particular manufacturer--the data you enter usually isn't compatible with anything besides that app from that manufacturer. You could probably export the data in another format, but in order to do that, you have to be able to access that Mini Diary app again.
