I updated my Galaxy S6 (AT&T) today and it was around 600 MB. When it was done I checked the android version and it said 5.1.1. Though, I don't notice anything new in the update. I thought there were new features in 5.1.1, like Guest profiles?

Welcome to Android Central! Samsung Pay is one of the big additions. The AC article noted that AT&T still hasn't posted a changelog (I just checked the AT&T site, which still lists the latest update as being 5.0.2 back in August).

My S6 on AT&T was on the 5.0.2 for the longest time ever. I wanted to update my phone to the newer 5.1.1, but AT&T was slacking on the release. I checked yesterday for a software update, and updated it. Some new things I have noticed are Samsung Pay, Android Pay, faster response from the system itself, and my favorite, IMPROVEMENT ON BATTERY LIFE. If only I could root this phone and get rid of all the bloatware!! Too much AT&T bloatware. I need to free up as much space on this 32gb phone, so I can make it last a full year
