I accidentally clicked on

I accidentally clicked on "never allow" within text messaging on Alcatel A564C so I cannot now send to a specific number. I need to confirm a medical appointment by responding to the message.

Try Settings, Apps, All, three-dot menu top right, Reset App Preferences.

Thanks for trying. It didn't work. I got the "message not sent" alert again.
