Tap to talk screen not going away, have to restart.

The tap to talk microphone activation window will not go away, it has happend at least 6 times today, I cannot close through task manager, you cannot access anything that is below it. Only starting happening in the last few days. I tried disabling verizon messages, no good, tried uninstalling the last google talk to text update, still does it. I remember seeing those two updates recently, but apparently its not that.
