Trying to sync

AC Question

Trying to sync my Samsung account but it says sync is turned off. When I pull down the settings, it shows that sync is on. Suggestions?

Are you referring to the master Sync setting when you pull down the notification shade, or going to Accounts - Samsung - Sync settings / options.

You may have Restrict Background Data switched on in the Data Usage menu, or another power or data saving mode on, though I am not sure if either would affect syncing.

See if the selected sync options sync while you watch on the Samsung - Accounts - Sync settings screen.
