No one can hear me when I make or receive calls

[AC Question]

Hi, my Samsung S5 has been working perfectly all day. Suddenly when I make or receive calls the person at the other end cannot hear me. The microphone is clear of fluff etc and the microphone is working ok as I just tested it by making a recording.

Any suggestions please
