My Google Mid tablet has a phone keyboard on screen where I'm suppose to put my pin.

I can't remember the pin or the password because i haven't used the tablet in quite some time. How can I get access to my tablet? Help

Welcome to Android Central! If you fail the unlock enough times, does it ask you for your Google credentials? If not, then you're out of luck. You really need to remember your passwords, or write them down on a piece of paper and keep them somewhere secure (like a safe).
