Using Samsung Smart Case and randomly get "check battery cover"

Everytime I use my Samsung Smart Case, throughout the day I get the "check battery cover" on my Samsung S5, it only does it with this specific case?

Welcome to Android Central! Does that replace the normal back cover of the phone? If so, it might not be on tightly enough--have you checked all around to make sure it's completely snapped into place?
