How can you get the 5.1.1 update for a galaxy note 4 ?

I have a galaxy note 4 its a verizon phone but im using it on straight talk and I'm wondering if I have to update it manually or if it'll update its self ?

Well the update isn't out yet. You will have to update through Smart Switch it take it to Best Buy and have them flash the update when Verizon releases it.
