Email Reply to the Wrong Sender

[AC Question]

I have my office365 directed work email on my Android 4.4.3 phone. Sometimes, when I try to reply an email with my phone, after tapping the "reply" button, it goes to the reply screen to another email. When I am trying to reply to email A/B/C, it always only allows me to reply to email D to the sender of D.

I have a gmail app on the phone as well, the same problem never happens for that app.

What app is giving you this issue? You should just be able to add the email to the Gmail app and use that
