The call arrow pointing on wrong direction

On Samsung S4, in Recent call log normally there is a green arrow point to the in coming call number, but now it's red arrow pointing away from the in coming call number. Also, it was a red arrow pointing away the calling out number, now the green arrow is pointing to the calling out number. It's a weird indication. I've searched around a lot, but didn't get any solution yet. Any one know or having idea how to fix it. I would appreciate your help.
