Does Foxfi Key work with LG Volt on Virgin Mobile?

I have Virgin Mobile's unlimited $35 plan. I originally installed Foxfi Key on my LG Optimus V. It worked fine the one time I was able to use it. Then I switched over to a new phone, an LG Volt, but I haven't been able to get Foxfi Key to work on it. I keep getting a message that says, "Network error. Unable to connect to data network. You may not be subscribed to the data plan for Hotspot and USB tether service..." When I click on the "Activate Hotspot" option on the Foxfi app, it quickly turns off.

Has anyone been able to get Foxfi Key to work on an LG Volt? What can I do to get it to work for me?
