    I haven't installed anything that would give me the virus. Could anyone help ?

    Welcome to the forums. Try clearing the browser data. Go into Settings>Apps (or application Manager)>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to the browser you use, and click on it. Click clear data. See if that helps.

    Thankyou I have tried this I will have to update on how it works because the pop ups don't happen all the time I'll give it a day or two ☺

    We can treat it like a pop up ad (to a degree this is the same thing). Firefox has pop up blocking plug ins. You can see if that will help.

    Do a factory reset and keep to the play store or amazon store. If this was an app that you downloaded from one of the stores please let the know.
