My phone won't recognize my SD card & i can't install apps

[AC Question]

So i have this problem here, a week ago i was using my phone like always and one day i decide to use the dev options of storage for move with root my apps to my SD CARD
but now, it doesn't work the SD Card it appears like: Unvailable.

I try to use it in other cellphones and it works, use it in pc, works.
i try to use another SD Card in my phone, same problem
i ask to someone if it was the SD Reader, after a diagnostic it isn't the reader

I clean everything in my phone like default , and still the same problem
i try to download a app for solve this and... THE PHONE RESTARTS and don't install the app, so... i'm ****ed i can't do anything

my phone doesn't recognize the phone, the sd card don't work, i can't install apps
take photos, etc, what i can do?

I'm who make the question sorry lol other thing that looks strage it's that the superuser option appears in the dashboard even the phone it's like default and....

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Are you saying the phone is rooted? What Developer Options are you talking about? There usually isn't a Developer Option for moving apps to SD.

The cellphone doesn't recognize SD Cards
