My Samsung 6 edge gets very Hot , why does this happen?

It dos not matter if Im using it or not its gets hot I'll pick it up to use it a its HOT VERY HOT! one time I tried to take a pic but it would not let me it said the phone was too hot, then it freezes or it takes forever to dial a number I have timed it and if I press a number to dial it take up to 7 to 10 sec. to dial the number it will just keep saying dialing on the screen, not happy with this phone AT ALL I wish I would of waited for all the cliches to come out first before I bought it

That sounds bad. Return it under the terms of the warranty.
