URGENT: Screen Frozen on Samsung A3???

[AC Question]

I was just scrolling through the internet and my screen completely froze over. I've tried methods I've seen such as holding in the power button, holding in the power volume up and home buttons etc. and nothing will shift the screen.
Should I be taking it to a repair shop or is there something I can do? There really is no way that it's shifting...
