While exploring the phones settings I turned on, restrict background data, on a couple of apps including Google+. I reset the option back to "off" but Google+ will still, only connect under WiFi.
I've cleared the settings, and reset everything I know. Google+ cannot be uninstalled because it comes with Android now.
Any suggestions would be great.
