How do I get rid of a spy app on my android?

I believe someone installed a spy app on my phone only I am unable to locate it to delete the app. How do I get rid of it if I can't find it? Thanks.

Hi, if you think something like that has happened the best bet would be to perform a factory reset on your device - located in the Settings app. Be aware though that a software update will reset your phone, clearing everything off of it along with media / pictures / texts etc. you can back them all up using a laptop though.
