    I dropped my phone earlier and now the touch screen is not responding. all other buttons functioning and phone ringtones etc still working. What can i do???

    I have done a software update, tried removing battery, wiped cache.... HELP PLEASE

    The digitiser - the touch-sensitive component of the screen - has probably been damaged. With a lot of luck, it could just be a wire knocked loose by the impact, but either way, it's a job for a repairer.
