Okay, I've had my Tab for years now. I'm about to upgrade (not just yet, tho), but very recently, qhen I've gone to remove my Tab fron it's charger (mind you, it was around 80%), it shut off. I couldn't understand, and when I turned it back on, it only had 20% for some reason. This is where it gets weird; when I plugged it back in, it died AGAIN, and when I turned it on, it had 1% battery! I haven't downloaded anything from the internet in a week, so I'm pretty sure it's not a virus.

Specs: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Model SM-T210R, Android 4.4.2

Welcome to Android Central! It's almost certainly a failing battery. It's probably time to get a new tablet. The cost of replacing the battery on that old tablet probably isn't worth it.

Actually, the battery itself is only about $15, so if you can do it yourself, it might pay. If you have to pay someone to do it for you it probably wouldn't.
